House is right next to trolly trail/running path to Lake Artemesia. Walkable to the University, Metro, & Downtown College Park. House is at dead end of street. Entrance is on upstairs deck. Must love dogs and be willing to share cleaning and other responsibilities. Prefer graduate students, but responsible undergrads or professionals considered.
