Large bedroom with shared bath in College Park Woods neighborhood

Large room with a bathroom shared with one other tenant. Two windows, one facing east.
All the tenants are PhD students at UMD. You will be sharing a full bathroom with only one male (he/him) PhD student. He is a nice, quiet guy in his 4th year.... Room has ample space for a lot of furniture. I might leave a large wooden desk if you want it.

There is a bike rack downstairs if you are a biker. About 5 min walk to UMD shuttle 108, 10 minute walk to shuttle 105.
The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. There is a park for the neighborhood named College Park Woods Neighborhood park with a tennis and a basketball court. You can easily connect to the paint branch trail for a walk etc. You can take the trail all the way to the university. It leads to AVW building and Iribe center.

The utilities will be split among the tenants equally. Water, electricity and gas are quarterly and internet is (1 Gbps, ~$20 per month ). The landlord recently replaced HVAC, water heater, furnace ( heating system uses gas) and the microwave. Landlord takes care of the garden and stuff.

The house has a large living and dining area. My roommates like to play a lot of board games.
