Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to fill a large bedroom in a 2B1B apartment. I’m the second roommate, so there will be two of us sharing the apartment in total.

Rent: $950/month per person + utilities
Lease: Can be long- or short-term

Reduced deposit: $475, fully refundable if nothing is damaged

About me: I’m a 28-year-old female originally from Ukraine. I work as a Faculty Specialist in GEOG at UMD on NASA-funded agricultural research. I’m very social outside of home, but inside I prefer to recharge and keep to myself. I work mostly from home, and after 4 p.m. I go to Eppley to play badminton, volleyball, tennis, or go to the gym. I like playing board games and occasionally hosting movie nights with my friends, but what I like most is having the apartment clean immediately afterward, haha.
