• Are extremely neat and organized in shared spaces (weekly cleanups, value structure, treat the home with care, appreciate aesthetics — or at least keep things tidy and with no clutter)
• Are generally quiet in movement and voice, and prefer headphones for music
• Are respectful, considerate, and attentive to your roommate’s comfort
• Are comfortable discussing roommate matters calmly and proactively
• Address apartment issues promptly instead of letting them build up
