I have been living here for 6+ months now and I see the sewage water coming out from the bathtub and toilet seat almost every week. You cant use your bathroom almost every other day and the maintainance service stopped responding too after a while.

Leasing office is incredibly unhelpful, they solve absolutely no issues that you have. Roaches and rats were everywhere.

been in this hell hole going on 11years and getting worse from mince,bugs the car being messed up to shots fired in the area,one 21 year old man found dead a few years ago in front of one apartment building been over a year and half trying to get the security door to building repaired but no luck people coming in off the street to sleep,smoke weed and hang in hallway anyone can just pull door open without a key I have several emails from me to office asking for door to be fixed but so far after... 1 1/2 years not fix as of yet but leasing office says they are security building I'm guessing that's why there is legal aid attorney to help with such landlords like these but landlord will reply to this about how sorry they are there a issue but still do nothing about it but I'm sure they'll say we can move if not happy the housing authority need to investigate these apartments
