Looking for a Roommate to move in August 2024

We have a room opening up in our lovely 3-bedroom apartment. Available for move-in on May 1. I'm a Ph.d student at UMD in my early 30s. There will be a room available in June and one around July/August. I'm looking for an awesome, clean, and... respectful roommate to move in and complete the trio. No smoking or pets.
The apartment is located right off I-495 with easy access to DC via the Greenbelt metro. The New Carrollton Amtrak station is about 10 minutes away. About a 15-20 minute drive to UMD campus, and there is a UMD shuttle/Metro bus stop that picks up at the apartment complex. Nearby is Buddy Attick Park, Lake Artemesia and the Roosevelt Center in Old Greenbelt, which has a community center, co-op grocery, aquatic center and one -screen movie theater that shows art films. Greenbelt Farmer's Market is every Sunday during the summer.
Rent is $600 per month per person, not including utilities, which range from $120-150 per month (that’s for internet, Pepco, gas, sewer and water). The room is spacious with a giant closet. It is unfurnished. Former roommates have had a queen bed and still had plenty of space for other furniture. Huge window with a sliding and screen door to get plenty of fresh air and sun in the afternoons.
Laundry and trash in the building. There is one parking spot - otherwise, there's quite a bit of visitor parking. Shower is shared by all three roommates but the bathroom is mainly used by you and one other roommate. If interested, please send me a message. We'd love to have you come check out the apartment and answer any other questions you might have!
