Looking to sublease the bigger room in a 2x1 apartment near UMD

Hi everyone,
I am am a CS female PhD student at UMD. And I am looking for someone to sublease a one bedroom in 2x1 apartment in Ferris Manor. I have been living here for about 3 years without big issues. Room is $730/month including all utilities... except for electricity and wifi. Apartment is located at the top floor with a balcony. And the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and a fridge.
Room comes unfurnished but I might be able to leave my furniture if the sublease is more than three months.
Lease term is May 22nd 2026 to October 8th 2026 (for anyone looking for something early or shorter term I can accommodate that as well). Apartment complex is right next to 128 shuttle, M44, P32 and P1X bus stop and 5 mins walk to M42. Cycling to UMD is usually 10-15 mins.
Let me know if you have more questions or if you want to tour the apartment.
I am open to month to moth rental and since the room is spacious I am open to more than one person occupying the room as well.
