The building is great, and the apartment units are beautiful. But there is an art gallery right in the lobby, an area that I thought residents can hangout. But it is always occupied by the individual running the gallery, or the host of events done by the artist. If you like to use the gym, expensive art hangs on those walls as well. I usually like to use the walls for exercises and weight lifts but instead you have to be extra careful not to touch the art on the wall. Yes it is a artistic... neighborhood, but in this building it seems like the residential space is only for art not the tenants paying to live their...

A Great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24/7 and are rarely crowded. The roof top area is lovely and gives you such a beautiful view over the Baltimore downtown area. I love the convenience of being able to walk through downtown Baltimore from my apartment, the... reserved parking area behind the building, the social and entertainment within walking distance. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with lots of attractions."

Just confirming as we don't have rotating monthly shows anymore, but rather an artist rotating his work through the gallery (since 2020) so while I know many residents participated in the early years and enjoyed it, this is no longer an issue. We... have small events maybe once or twice a year there - all resident focused now. And will be taking a break from the current artist to have a resident show in the next few months!
