Our clean & comfortable student housing apartment is a garden-level semi basement guest suite with private entrance and keypad entry. Best suited for students or visiting colleagues looking for basic accommodation, the apartment is located in a multicultural working class neighborhood inhabited by many families. The bedroom is available furnished twin memory foam mattress and shared full bath. The kitchen area has a microwave, stove top, and fridge for guest use (plus safety equipped: fire extinguisher).

Guests access to entire guest suite plus fenced back yard (no smoking inside please). No access to private residence one floor above student housing apartment. Free street parking is available.
