The house has:-a car park able to park 2 cars and street parking-a basement with 2 bedrooms with a shared bath with a neo shower and a large storage closet-a laundry room with washer and dryer and an ironing board-a middle floor with a large living room perfect to hang out with other roommates, dining room, kitchen with standard appliances (new fridge, 1 year old dishwasher, oven / stove) a toilet, a storage closet-a top floor with three rooms, a shared bathroom with a bathtub, a storage closet-a large grassy backyard with a shed for storage-high speed wireless internet, phone, cable and satellite TV, AC and heating
The room is not furnished but the house has some common furniture and a previous tenant might sell some, please ask. Small pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The first month rent is then due when entering the property and obtaining the keys (prorated if at the middle of the month). The room is available immediately for a one year lease till summer next year. Please note that there is currently 3 males and 1 females in the 4 rooms already rented If you have questions please contact the landlord Yohan at 4159373041 (California time, so be aware its 3h less than in DC).
If you are in the area at the end of the day please try knocking on the door to meet with the current tenants to see if they can show you the rooms. The preferred way to see the room is however to set an appointment. The house is at 8700 35th avenue in College Park close to the University
One month rent is required as a security deposit which must be provided to obtain a lease and is refundable when the room is vacated at the end of the lease.
