Terrible place to live. Everywhere its weed smoke smell. Elevator doesnt work. Staff doesnt listen. Amenties are mostly very tidy . Feels really unsafe here.

Amazing amenities. Very clean. Hip and cool. Honestly, the best place for students. It has really good study lounges!!!! And a coffee station in the lobby.

I like the support from maintenance but the grills not being on and the locked sauna is not cool. I wish the programs had more of a notice instead of a random email every once in a while

Most of the staff are very unhelpful, and the building is not kept up well! If you are a UMD student, there are definitely better apt options around campus.
