Worst Apartments let me start off by saying that their maintenance is horrible. ! the employees are lazy they don't help out when they have to fix something they do it with an attitude . Second They Have Bedbugs , Mice And Cockroach all in building .. third no parking

1 never parking
2 cockroaches and mice
3 smells bad all the time
4 heat is free but apartments are still cold
5 staff at the office are rude not helpful at all

I lived here for a little over six months. The staff that assisted me were sweet, kind, and helpful. However, shortly after moving in I received a parking ticket because I could not park within the lots by my apartment. They told me I could park on the road but what didn't say is only in front of the apartment buildings. When I spoke with the main office about it they said "we are aware of the parking issue but that won't be fixed for a while" and they did not even address that I got a parking... ticket because of the parking issue. The road parking is always full and if you come home after 9-pm you are likely not to find parking. That later it becomes the worse it gets. I once had to park 4 blocks from my apartment because of this issue. Next, they have bed bugs and mice in their buildings. I bought a brand new bed 3 days after moving in and 2 months later I woke up with bites all over my body. Went to the doctors and found they were bed bugs bites. I looked all over and could not find one because at the time they were too small. When the inspector came they did not treat and I continued to be eaten alive. One day I found a dead one and called again but nothing was done about the issue. So I spent over $300 dollars treating the issue my self. I have not seen roaches in my building but I can not say if the other buildings have them. The security here is awful. People break the doors to the building all the time and random people show up at 9 o'clock at night banging on your door to sell something or want to come in to talk to you. There is almost no closet space and the bathroom has nowhere to put your personal things and is nearly to small to fit any kind of shelving. I also not have dents all over my brand new car because people don't want their kids to get out of their cars. Parking is terrible be here by a certain time to get a parking spot or you’ll have to park in the street and cars here pass by pretty erratic.
There is always some kind of drama with the police in some building.
The other day they had to speak into the mic and tell people around to go inside cause they were going to let the k9 loose for a suspect that was in a building and... then police looking for weapons around the area thrown by the suspects.
Always something-
You can be clean and organized and you will see ants, or some type of bugs.
Mold does build up because bathroom do NOT have vents but a flimsy window in the shower so everyone can see you.
Scammers are always knocking on your door to ask for your bills.

This is one of the most terrible apartment I have ever seen/lived. My husband and I had to take our daughter of 11 months to the emergency room at night and when we came back around 4:15am we had to take her in and before we came out our car has been towed. We went to the leasing office and was told there's nothing that can be done. Very very annoying. Most baddest apartment ever also there are roaches in the apartment and the neighbors also very unfriendly.
