Paragon Apartment

There is a private room available in a two-bedroom apartment in Takoma Park. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood near Sligo Creek in a building constructed around 1960.

The rent is $800 per month, with an $800 security deposit required.... Utilities are shared and typically range from $50 to $70 per person. Common areas are shared, and there is plenty of street parking available. There are UMD shuttle (111), Ride On bus lines 12, 13, 17, and 18, and the Takoma metro station.
