Private room in shared house (Shared Housing)

One room on the second floor with 1.5 external bathrooms on the first floor (half) and in the basement (full) will become available in October. Some of the perks of the house are listed below:
-very competitive rent (you won't find anything cheaper... than this!), 
-we are very close to the south campus entrance, where the memorial chapel is (about 20 minutes walking and 5 minutes biking)
-we keep the house very clean by having cleaning shifts of the common areas every week but since 5 people live in the house, each of us is in charge of the cleaning shift only once every 5 weeks, 
-we're within walking distance of two metro stations, the CP and the Hyattsville Crossing
-Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are less than 10 minutes away and we're not far from a big Target as well. Lidl can be reached by bus (but that is more of a trek).
-it's a safe area to walk in (this is a nice neighbourhood where a lot of UMD professors from various departments live) and we're by the Trolley Trail, 
-internal parking for bikes is available,
 -we have a huge yard and an elevated patio that is lovely to lounge in in the summer,
-we have a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer (as well as a TV)
-the landlord is a very nice person and has been very helpful whenever something needed repair.
- You will have 4 other housemates (three males and one girl) -- Two of us are third and fourth year doctoral students in quant methods and art history, while the other two are second year master's students in human computer interaction and quantum computing. We are a mix of domestic and international students here at UMD.
