Hello! I’m looking for tenants for a short-term lease, available April 8th through August 1st (flexible start/end options, including shorter... stays).

3 rooms available in a modern 3 Bed / 2 Bath apartment at Ten at Clarendon (3110 10th St. N, Arlington, VA 22201).

2 rooms are available for the full summer term (through August 1st), and 1 room is available short-term with a flexible end date in May (ideal for ~1 month stays).

It’s down the street (~5 minute walk) from the metro (Orange and Silver Lines), Trader Joe’s, and the center of Clarendon. It’s also about a 15 minute drive from the heart of DC.

Utilities
Most utilities are handled through the rent portal. I’ll cover electricity and internet — 1 Gig Verizon WiFi and Dominion Energy. Just be reasonable with electricity usage.

Furniture
I have furniture available to use if needed (see photos), and can help acquire anything else you might need. Also available but not pictured: a SimpleHuman trash can, soap dispensers, dinnerware, cookware, and utensils from Costco, plus extra shower curtains and bath mats.

Payments
Payments can be made through the apartment’s RentCafe portal, so you don’t need to go through me directly if you don’t want to.
