large corner 2nd floor room facing street with double bed, fully furnished, close to shared bathroom with shower. Desk, large dresser with mirror, large closet, area rug. Owner-occupied with other UMD students or working renters. June 1-August 15 only

●May 15-Oct 1: Summer Porch Room: $550/month:
Large, lovely space facing back garden area of house, (separate entry in back or entry from front of house), sliding glass door to house interior, half bath and kitchen just steps from room, double bed, dresser, rug, table, comfy chair, bright area with privacy curtains. Access to back garden.
