Quiet Neighborhood In Old Greenbelt

●January: small 2nd floor interior room with twin (single) bed, fully furnished, close to shared bathroom with shower. 6 month or long-term rental. Owner-occupied with other UMD students or... working renters.
● December: small 2nd floor room facing street with twin (single) bed, fully furnished, close to shared bathroom with shower. Owner-occupied with other UMD students or working renters.
Access from front door of house and up a flight of stairs for both rooms.
NOTE: *Owner plays and teaches clarinet in the music studio directly below this rental room. There is moderate sound bleed into this room.*

ALL UTILITIES, INTERNET AND LAUNDRY ARE INCLUDED IN THE MONTHLY RENT, NO OTHER FEES. Students and Interns welcome•whole house Air Conditioning Included•5-bedroom owner-occupied home in nice, quiet Old Greenbelt neighborhood.•Other year-long renters (including UMD undergrad and graduate students) and working tenants in the house as well•Rental rooms share common areas of the house•Use of kitchen, dining room, washer/dryer and 2 bathrooms•Verizon Fios 5G High-speed wireless internet included•All utilities included (gas, electric, trash collection)•UMD Shuttle route is one block away (Greenbelt route, stop number 32)•Metro public transportation bus stop 1 block away •Greenbelt Metro Station 1 1/2 miles (train)•Greenbelt Lake (Buddy Attick Park) recreational area and Lakeside North apartments very close• On-street parking in front of house available, no parking permit required.

Owner cleans common areas weekly. You are responsible for cleaning your own room, cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen, bathrooms, refrigerator and laundry room. You must supply your own paper products and soaps. Dishware, pots, pans and silverware are supplied. Vacuums and cleaning supplies provided. There are several other renters in the house as well. Small kitchen cubby and shared refrigerator available.

•Non-smoking/shoes off household.
Terms of Lease:One month’s rent security deposit required for both long and short-term lease. Background check and references require.
