I am a UMD alumni who lived in this house for my entire college career. I loved this house, and I am sure you will too. It is a very quick drive to UMD and it is located directly next to a grocery store. The common area is a very nice space to spend time with roommates, but the layout of the house allows privacy for when you would like to be alone.
