We’re looking for a new housemate to join us in our College Park home starting on August 1st, 2026. We’re 3 current graduate students looking for quiet and respectful roommate to join our household. We’re... located in Old Town; a 5 minute walk from Trader Joes, the College Park metro and a 15 minute walk away from UMD’s South Campus.

Household Amenities:
Walking distance to Trader Joes, Downtown College Park, College Park Metro Station (Green Line), University of Maryland
On-street parking right in front of house, free permit via City of College Park
Washer & dryer in the basement
Pet friendly - small dogs or cats OK. We do not have pets on premise currently but are open to it.
Good sized backyard with deck.
Full shared kitchen - microwave, gas stove, gas oven.
Shared living room with TV

About the Room:
Located on the 2nd floor, shared bathroom with 1 other roommate.
$750 + utilities (typically $850-900 depending on month) plus one month's rent as security deposit.
Lease term: August 1st, 2026 - June 1st, 2027 (likely to extend through June 2027)
Can easily fit full size bed + desk + dresser
Cleanliness for the shared bathroom is very important - must be willing to work with them on a schedule

About Us:
We are an LGBTQ+ & multicultural household.
2 PhD students (Women and Gender Studies), 1 Masters student (Architecture) at University of Maryland.
Smoking/420 friendly.
We are all midway through our degrees and tend to be quiet, clean and work a fair bit on campus. Looking for a roommate that fits well within that.
