Room Open in College Park Townhouse

Looking for someone to fill the last bedroom in our four bedroom townhouse!

The room is on the third floor of the house and it’s about 9ft x 9ft with a closet that’s about 2ft x 5ft. You’d be sharing a bathroom (also on the third floor) primarily... with one other person, although the bathtub/shower is shared with an additional roommate whose room is in the basement. The second floor of the house has a fully furnished living room with TV, a large dining table, and a kitchen that’s already stocked with dishes that anyone is free to use. We also have a large garage for storage.

We’re an all female house and your roommates would be two current grad students, one in physics and one in education, and a campus minister who works at the Catholic Student Center. We lead semi-busy lives, so you would have some independence if that's what you're looking for, but we're also very friendly! Occasionally, we’ll have out of town friends visit, but as a rule for the house we don’t have men stay overnight. While we don’t have any assigned chores, things around the house are kept generally neat and organized.
