This rental is for a single room at 9 Fraternity Row. The price per month is 2000.00 which includes Room/Board and full food service for 5 days per week. We can also rent the room without the food service as well.
The room comes fully furnished... with Twin Bed, Desk, 2 Closets and Dresser.
You must be a registered University of Maryland student to live in this house. You will have access to shared living spaces such as side kitchen, study room, free laundry and tv room. You will be have cable tv and wireless internet service provided by University.
There are multiple shared bathrooms throughout the house. Basement is full furnished with access to Water, Soda, Salad Bar and snacks 24/7.
