Room for rent in Old Town house on Dartmouth Ave. Close to College Park Metro and 10 min. walk to UMD shuttles, 15-20 mins. to campus, or 5 -10 minute bike ride to... campus.

Quiet neighborhood, off street parking and utilities included!

Room rent is $800/month. Currently all male students in house (undergrad and grad)

Furnished living room, kitchen and dining. Washer and dryer in basement for tenant use.
Rooms are unfurnished. One in basement, one on main level and one on second floor.
