(SIGNING BONUS) Sublet South Campus Commons 5

I am looking to transfer my lease to someone for June and July. I am happy to offer a signing bonus of a couple hundred dollars. Commons 5 was updated this semester with all new appliances, and everything on campus is a walkable distance. It is also... located right next to the South Campus Dining Hall, Market, and Pantry.

The room has a desk, bed frame, mattress, a dresser, a window for a nice view and natural light, and a large sliding-mirror closet. The apartment has a full sized kitchen, a living room with a TV, two bathrooms, an in-unit washer and dryer, a washing machine, refrigerator, and more. The floor has elevator and stairwell access, as well as a study room. There are 3 other undergraduate students living there, but only one of them plans on staying for the summer.
