Single bedroom in a cozy house close to campus

Spacious room available in a shared house among UMD students. It is in a great location, close to campus, bike trails, a bus stop and the lake Artemesia. Room is located in the basement of the house and has a direct access to the backyard, thus it is... well lit and the outdoors view are both breathtaking and relaxing. The bathroom for this room is shared with another female tennant.

Roommates are friendly and super chill. They have 3 well behaved cats that are easy to be around. There are 2 big refrigerators and there is plenty of storage cabinets in the kitchen.

This room can be left furnished if convenient. Utilities are shared among all tenants which on average is around $100 per month. Move in date is flexible, starting from March 2026. I can offer tours to the room and house starting from January 26th onwards.
