My name is Carly Greenberger, and I currently live in South Campus Commons 3 Apartments on the first floor, in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit. I am going abroad during the Spring 2026 semester, and I am looking for someone to sublease my room for that... period. I will be subleasing from January 2026 - May 2026, and the rent is $1,058 per month.

The layout of the apartment is 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a full kitchen, living room, television, and first-floor access. My room is fully furnished with a full-sized bed, dresser, desk, and closet, with two bright windows with a nice view of the commons. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate who is neat, responsible, and respectful.

The adorable kitchen has all appliances included: stove, refrigerator, air fryer, toaster, and Keurig. The common space has a hardwood floor and is furnished with 2 comfy couches, a large TV with a Fire TV Stick, including various streaming services. The unit has a washer and dryer.

South Campus Commons offers a secured entry and front desk working 24/7. Packages are able to be delivered directly to the front desk of SCC3. Easy access to the College Park Shopping Center, downtown College Park, and Baltimore Avenue. Bike racks in front.

My roommates foster a very inclusive environment to make sure everyone feels comfortable and safe. We keep the apartment and bathrooms tidy and clean regularly. No smoking and no pets.
