South Campus Commons 5 Room

I’m looking to transfer my lease in south campus commons 5, 2nd floor to another student, it’s a 4x2 apartment with a kitchen, washer and dryer. The rent is 1,058 and includes WiFi. The roommates are all juniors, it’s mixed gender so there’s 2 guys... and a girl but they’re all super nice. 2 of them are music majors but only practice at the Clarice, the other is a computer science major. It’s a good place, I’m only transferring the lease because of a change in my family’s finances.
