The house is located close to the Xfinity Center, and across the road from Courtyards and is easily connected to campus via Route 1 or the Paint Branch bike and walking trail. It’s also less than 10 minutes by foot from Baltimore Ave/Route 1.

This unit is a floor of a duplex that houses 3 people total. The bedroom being sublet is the largest on this floor, fully furnished, and includes a full-size bed and mattress, dresser, and a very large/deep closet. The bathroom is shared with only one other person on the same floor.
