Everything is great, honestly! The only thing is our mailbox is still busted after 3 months, it’s only a slight inconvenience though. The staff is amazing and friendly, everything is super clean all the time too. And no noise from neighbors!

Moving into Spinnaker Bay at Harbor East has been a fantastic experience! The management team made the process seamless, and the community is welcoming and friendly. The apartment itself is beautiful, with great views and modern amenities. I’m already feeling at home here and am excited to explore more of what the neighborhood has to offer.

Was told we wouldn’t have to pay the vallet trash fee and then we went to sign our lease and were told we would have to pay it, wouldn’t work with us on this issue and are now stuck with the extra cost we didn’t anticipate having. Came in to new apartment and it had many issues, hoping management can be responsive.
