My apartment is spacious and quiet. The building is conveniently located and the amenities are great. Additionally, the building is on the waterfront which is great for peaceful walks.

I love the building, staff, and community! However, the garage has been broken for almost 6 months now. Bozzuto management have sent emails claiming to repair the garage on multiple occasions, yet it is still broken.

I've had a great living experience at Spinnaker Bay at Harbor East. The location is unbeatable—right by the water with amazing views and easy access to restaurants, shops, and everything downtown Baltimore has to offer. The building is well-maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the staff is always friendly and responsive. It really feels like home here!

I’ve had a great experience during the time I’ve been living here. Location can’t be beat and the area is so walkable to a lot of restaurants and stores. The amenities are really good and the building is kept clean by staff. Overall, a really great place to live at.
