What a welcoming community. The building is sparkling clean, the staff is friendly and responsive. My duplex apartment feels like I’m in a townhouse. Love my new home! Love city living!

Overall, a great place to live in. The location is the best right by the promenade. Lots of great restaurants and boutique shops in the neighborhood to go to. Amenities are pretty decent and staff are courteous.

Great apartment in an excellent location. Gym had more than I expected and parking is fine, but due to the construction I can’t park on the floor I live on and don’t know when the construction will end. Other than that and small tissues with the apartment, very positive.

The concierge was very helpful and has been. I am a new resident. I moved in on the 11th August 11th. One thing I was very surprised at there were several things that need repair in the apartment. The microwave oven the sliding glass door. I'm not sure what's going on with the toilet but I look forward to a very good experience

Good and safe! All atmosphere is clean, and the staff are all so nice. Especially the settings of the package room and the convenient way to move in regardless of my huge stuffs.
