This is a sublet for the Spring 2026 semester at UMD and onward. The expectation is to take over the lease for the its remaining duration. There is currently a roommate in the apartment, who is a senior undergraduate at the University of Maryland....

The apartment is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment where you will have access to one of the bedrooms (The bedroom has an individual lock). The bathroom is connected to the bedroom as a private bathroom. It features a communal living area, full kitchen, and dining area.
