Summer sublet near campus

I am looking for a UMD student to sublet one bedroom in a 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom house on Amherst Road in College Park. The term of the sublet is May 15-July 31 (the landlord won't allow the sublet to roll over into the new lease), but the room could... be available as early as May 1. Rent is $825 a month, but would be pro-rated to $412.50 for May (unless you choose to move in earlier).
The room comes with a desk, large dresser and closet space (landlord's furnishings) and an armchair and queen bed (mine). The dresser and closet would be empty during the term of the sublease. The house is walkable to campus, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, College Park metro, and many dining options.
