Summer Sublet – Spacious Room Near UMD Campus

Hi everyone! I’m a PhD student at UMD, and I’m looking for a tenant to sublet my room in a 2B1B apartment for the summer (May 20 – July 30).

The apartment is very close to the UMD College Park campus- just across the street. It is also steps away... from the College Park shopping center, Trader Joe's, and Bank of America, College Park Metro Station (5 mins walk), which is very convenient for commuting to DC (20 mins train ride).
Also, it is in a secure 24/7-monitored building with on-site management.

The room is large and spacious in a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment unit on the Top Floor with a beautiful view and lots of sunlight. The room is furnished with two beds, a large walk-in closet, a study table, and a chair. It is normally designed for two people but we are only two people living in the apartment, so there is one extra bed in my room. Laminate wood-look flooring throughout the whole unit. There is also one free parking space available.

The other tenant you will share the apartment with will be a female UMD student. Please contact me if you are interested and I will be happy to share more information.
