My wife and I moved into Symphony Center in July 2022 and have loved our time here. We found our neighbors to be friendly, respectful, interesting, and inclusive. The building staff, both in maintenance and management (Deandre, Nadine, and their respective teams) have been consistently excellent - responsive, professional, and highly competent. Their care for the building shows - when we were looking at apartments around Mount Vernon, Symphony Center seemed by far the best maintained and our... initial impression has been repeatedly confirmed. Highly recommended.

I lived here for a couple years while finishing grad school. The apartments are so spacious, parking in the covered garage is included, and maintenance is amazing. They respond to requests quickly and are friendly. The office is very polite as well and they always greet residents with a smile and wave. If I were staying in Baltimore, I would've continued to rent at Symphony. I recommend it to anyone looking to live in Baltimore while still having room to move.

Key factors I consider when selecting a rental home include security, location, value, cleanliness, and amenities. During my six-and-a-half-year residency, Symphony Center has generally met my high expectations. I remain particularly impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of the maintenance staff and office team.

I have been living here for roughly one month and have been very happy so far.
Location: Inner Harbor & downtown within walking distance, close to Penn Station and a lightrail station that goes all the way to the local airport,
Amenities: free parking in the garage next door which I find fairly unique
Staff: completely professional, courteous and always ready to help
Apartments: very clean

The staff at the Symphony Center were great while living there, but there some huge problems. 1) One of the garage doors was severely damaged forcing residents to share a door with the public - it took me 20 minutes to get into the garage one day during a symphony event! 2) Speaking of the garage, there was apparently an incident where a resident was held up by two men who tried to force themselves into the residents car and the Symphony Center DID NOT NOTIFY ANY OF THE RESIDENTS OF THIS... INCIDENT. It's not the fault of the Symphony Center that this happened, but information about safety should be high priority of the residents. 3) The rent is VERY expensive here and when you move out, you will not get your security deposit back - the Symphony Center is for profit and will replace all of your carpet and then charge you (based on the age of the replaced carpet). I'm very sad to leave this review, but I can't help feel taken advantage of.
