Tempo College Park-re-letting summer lease

I am moving out of state this summer to start a job and trying to fill up my space through re-letting my bedroom. It is only for this summer, but you can renew the lease if you after 8/11 (the moveout date)

Each bedroom has it's own full renovated... bathroom. <10 minute walk to campus only for $850 rent. There is a 2 minute walk to a grocery store and lots of restaurants. The room is slightly compact, but it has a really big window and good lighting.

I have 3 roommates, but they are all very quiet and do their own thing. The place is renovated and has plenty of amenities such as study rooms, lounges, pool tables, HF multi-sport simulators, an equipped gym, a shared terrace/clubhouse, a mini pool. There is a small river out in the back that you can enjoy from the building terrace/clubhouse. Happy to answer any questions:)
