The lease runs from August 18, 2025, to July 25, 2026, and it’s for a 4x4 apartment, which means you’ll have your own private bedroom and... private bathroom, along with a large closet. The only shared spaces are the kitchen and living room, which you’ll share with three other roommates. I specifically requested clean and quiet roommates, so you can expect a peaceful environment. The original rent is $1,224/month, but I’m offering it for $1,121/month—and that price includes ALL utilities: water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and in-unit laundry. To help make the transition smoother, I’m also willing to contribute toward your first month’s rent if needed.
