The unit has 4 separate private bedrooms with 4 separate bathrooms. All furniture is provided by Tempo. Tempo offers a state-of-the-art gym, a swimming pool, an outdoor lounge, and many other amenities.
I am looking to re-let to someone who is a UMD student and can take over the rest of my lease. A $100 DISCOUNT ON THE BASE PRICE ($900).
