Terrapin Row Apartments (Shared Housing)

I am reletting my 4-bed/4-bath apartment for this spring semester and summer at Terrapin Row. This is perfect for students coming back from study abroad or spring transfers! You will be living with three undergraduate female students.

Reletting is... different from subleasing/subletting in the sense that prospective tenants will have to apply for residency through the leasing office once I coordinate with you, and then after you are approved (which is generally easy and fast), you would sign onto the lease until July 31st, directly paying rent to the leasing office rather than me being responsible for the apartment and you having to pay rent through me. It is a chill, welcoming, and clean apartment where we rotate chores weekly. We also have a cat in the apartment who is very cute and friendly!

The apartment is located right on the border of south campus so it is a short walk from most classes. It is fully furnished with a couch and reclining chair in the living room, a full kitchen and dining table, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a desk + spacious closet + under-the-bed storage in the bedroom! The apartment complex itself is full of amenities like a huge social lounge on the ground floor, a courtyard with a volleyball court and outdoor grills, a pool and sauna, a fitness center, study lounges on every floor, an Amazon package pickup center, restaurants like The Spot Mini, SeoulSpice, and Dunkin; and much more!
