Short-term lease available for June and July in a 4 bed/4 bath unit at The Courtyards. The occupant will assume a private bathroom and bedroom - fully furnished including a full size bed.
The earliest move-in is May 30th, and the lease ends on... July 28th. The occupant is responsible for paying the full June and July rent.
Rent is $954/ month with all utilities included at no additional charge. Occupant must pay a $300 lease reservation fee up front to The Courtyards, which will then be fully applied to the June rent.
Occupant will have access to a shared kitchen, laundry room, and an open concept living space with a dining area. Amenities include a pool, small gym, free surface parking, and free printing.
This lease would be ideal for someone enrolled in Summer 2025, Session 1.
