Room D in unit 126 (in Building 100) of The Courtyards Apartments is available for lease transfer from May 25-July 31 2025. This place has been my home for the past two years, but now I'm graduating and need someone to take over my lease. It's a very... nice apartment and I would stay if I didn't need to move cities. It's very convenient to get to and from campus with Shuttle UM using 105 during the day and 116 at night. I use this every day, but I like walking so sometimes if I feel like it I will walk 20-30 mins to campus. The kitchen is large and newly renovated, there is a washer/dryer in unit which is very convenient, and the bedroom is very spacious. These and the private bathroom and balcony make it feel like such a steal for the price. Not to mention the Courtyards Clubhouse has lots of amenities like the pool, rec room with ping pong table, study spaces, and gym. The Clubhouse is a 3 minute walk from this apartment, making going to the gym very convenient. I'm not sure many people know about this, but it's also a 10 minute walk to the Paint Branch trail, which I've gone to on many mornings for beautiful nature walks. You just have to walk past VetMed and you're there. I personally also really like my floor plan compared to the others, because the long hallway gives some noise privacy from the kitchen and acts a little like the "mudroom" where I can separate my outside shoes and jackets from the rest of my bedroom.
