The Courtyards at The University of Maryland

Hi! I'm graduating in May and am currently in a 2 X 2 deluxe courtyards apartment on the first floor. I'm looking to do a lease transfer though the space will only be available for June and July. It's $1,118 a month and is newly renovated with wooden... floors, a granite counter top, a dining room, a patio, a washer and dryer room and a single room and bathroom to yourself.
My current suite mate is a girl and will live in the apartment in the summer.

If interested, I can give a tour too
