The Courtyards at University of Maryland – 4 Bed / 2 Bath with 3 other female roommates

University-affiliated Courtyards apartment located near the University of Maryland campus. This is a fully furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. I'm leasing one... private bedroom with a shared bathroom within the apartment.

Rent is $902/month, with the lease beginning February 1, 2027, and ending July 29 2027. I will be paying for the month of January, but the bedroom will be available to move into as early as January 22nd, 2027. The room is also available for renewal for the following school year.

The apartment is fully furnished and features a full kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer and central A/C. Free parking is also included.
