Overall experience has been good. Lived here for a couple of months. Maintenance is on time. All the units are very old and could be better maintained before leasing them out.

Overall, the experience has been good. The apartment is spacious. However, certain things can be improved, like email communication is poor. In-person, the staff, is helpful. However, I did not receive a reply to email inquiries.

Good stay for students. Affordable and has all amenities. Gym, study room, social room, AC, nice view, prime location for bus stop and walkable to Homewood campus

Too many infestations.
They send a specialist to get rid of roaches … but they are still there.
I’m disappointed and I don’t know what else to do
