Room $599.00 per month plus shared utility costs. 174 sq foot room which is an addition with 2 closets, a bay... window, 2 side windows, and 1 back window. Located on the main floor. Window blinds are provided. Available 3/30/26.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, eat-in kitchen, and a basement recreation room with pool table/ping pong table combination. A second refrigerator is located in the basement along with a large laundry/work room. It also has a huge floored attic with pull down stairs for extra storage, a deck, a shed for a bike, and a large yard.
Maximum 4 people, 1 per room.
The house is currently rented by 2 young professionals and 2 UMD graduate students. The renters are over 21 and younger than 30. One of the young professionals is moving on.
No smoking or vaping allowed in house or on the premises. No pets allowed.
***I have been asked what is wrong with the house that the rent is so low. Our mission is to provide low rent to young adults in hopes they are able to add money to a savings account. Two of our past renters were able to buy homes after renting from us.***
THE HOUSE IS WALKING DISTANCE TO THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, THE METRO BUS ON ROUTE ONE THAT GOES TO UMD AS WELL AS THE GREENBELT METRO STATION.
There are many food places within walking distance. Aldi Grocery and Costco are close by.
The house is located less than one mile to the Beltsville Community Center which has a full size gym along with an exercise room, exercise classes and a bike trail that goes to UMD.
