Honestly, I lived here for a year and the price is NOT worth it. The elevators are always down, utilities are not included, and don’t come to your account on the 1st of the month it’s after.. and they are always adding random fees. Lastly, it cost an additional $125 to park WHERE YOU LIVE.

It should be illegal to label the prices as "per person", very misleading... Beware, if you're looking for a 2br, if you don't have a roommate, the price is double!
