4b/2ba unit with shared bathroom only partially used by another roommate for period of the sublet. The other roommate will not be staying full-time. The bedroom has a large window and comes with a closet with two racks and several extra drawers in... the room for storage. Full furnishing includes bed, desk, and chair inside the bedroom as well as table, chairs, couch, armchair, coffee table, and TV in the living room. Laundry is available in-unit.

Community features include access to both towers' gyms, pool and patio with grills, pool and foosball tables, multiple study areas, vending machines, and free printing. Residents receive deliveries via mail room and a separate mailbox for envelopes.

Apartment building is walkable distance from campus (~5 min), Lidl (grocery) (~5 min), lots of restaurants including Board & Brew, Eastern Gourmet, Vigilante Coffee, Sweetgreen, McDonalds, etc. (all ~1 min).
