UTILITIES INCLUDED, FULLY FURNISHED Room, Close to Campus and next to Lake Artemesia! House (Sublet / Shared Housing)

I unfortunately need to leave this place behind as I have accepted a job offer elsewhere! This is a home of all students (except the landlady), with all utilities and most amenities provided. You will share this unit with 4 others, 3 of which are... usually home. You are upstairs and share a hall and bathroom with 2 others. You share a fridge with these same two. A maid comes monthly.

The room comes fully furnished with a bed and covers, a desk, a dresser, and extra closet space.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, dishwasher, pots, pans, two fridges, stove, and just about any kitchen appliance you could imagine (we have an AIR FRYER). Dishes are done by another roommate, so you just load and forget!

Laundry is in the basement, with included essentials such as detergent and a drying rack (in addition to washer and dryer).

Backyard has a little porch, some workout equipment, patio furniture, and a charcoal grill.

Utilities are included, it's a suburban family neighborhood, and right next to a walking path! The walking path is about a 5-10 minute walk from lake Artemesia, and a 7 minute walk from the P32, which takes you right into the heart of UMD campus. There is a free shuttle P22 that will take you to the Greenbelt station (about a 15 minute commute). My walk to campus is about 30 minutes, but I also walk fast!

Groceries and essentials are right next to the bus stop. The Greenbelt shopping mall is about a ten minute walk. There are a number of different businesses, I encourage you to look on google maps nearby.

Tenants all clean up after themselves and are very chill (landlady included), they regularly cook me things lol.
