My place is quiet and convenient; move-in dates are flexible. This is an ideal location for students interning, working, researching, or taking classes in Maryland or DC (especially if you are on a hybrid schedule and need more affordable housing).
You'd have your own room and bathroom in an accessible location with an in-unit washer, dryer, kitchen, spacious common area, and great apartment amenities. It is unlikely that you would have roommates, but my roommates are lovely and keep to themselves.
