UView SUMMER 4x2 - FIRST MONTH (May) FREE

The roommates are all female UMD students. The room is fully furnished (bed, drawers, desk, chair, closet, etc.) and comes with a private sink and a shared bathroom with one other person (the roommate will be in and out throughout the summer). There... is a shared living space with a fully furnished kitchen, as well as a living area with a TV, sofa, and more. The washer and dryer are located in the house.

The room is on a higher floor and faces toward UMD, so you get a great view of campus and don’t hear traffic. I signed the lease when they were doing promotions, so the rent is a lot lower than what it is now.

I will be moving out as soon as the spring semester ends, so I will cover the rent for May. You can move in anytime after 5/22, and you would be responsible for rent + amenities in June and July.

There is a shared study space on the second floor, as well as a gym and an entertainment area on the fourth floor with an outdoor patio and swimming pool. The apartment is within walking distance of UMD, and most residents are also UMD students.
