The VALO
Offers a different quality of living. The building is always clean throughout inside and out. The staff is always attentive to your request. The neighbors are all so friendly and helpful. I am proud to be a resident of the Valo. I have decided , that this will be my retirement home. Thank you God!

Poorly Managed

The leasing office is hard to deal with -- when I was ready to sign the lease, the person I was working with changed the number on the "rent" line and couldn't explain why it was different. Turns out that it was rent + parking + pet rent, which another person in the office was able to tell me after repeated calls. But this reflects their incompetence overall.
They also mismanage packages regularly. Technically they're managed by LuxorOne, but it reflect VERY poorly on the property. I have... numerous times received false package notifications, and my packages have been lost in the room. I have also emailed the office about being out of town and unable to pick up my packages, but have gotten no response and those packages were never to be found.
