The apartment was as expected, the neighborhood is excellent and the neighbors were very nice and welcoming. I'm satisfied so far, thank you!

Very affordable! If I had the time to use the amenities, I would! I feel secure some time. This is great for someone who works in office setting. A lot of noise, so if you don’t mind it, then you should be fine. Small business friendly :)

Overall review was great. The staff member that I spoke with showed me and the wife around the rules down of the place. The o ly drawback i have is that parking isn't on site. But this is a Baltimore thing I guess not from the area.

My experience at this apartment community was mixed, starting with several issues upon move-in. The unit wasn’t properly cleaned, and I immediately encountered low water pressure, making it hard to settle in. Toward the end of my stay, the A/C unit broke, and it took nearly a month to repair, causing significant discomfort. The TV also had picture problems that were never resolved. Co-living didn’t suit me, as shared spaces were poorly maintained, and privacy was often lacking. While the... amenities were nice, they were often unavailable when I needed them, and the common areas were frequently dirty and noisy. On the positive side, the location was excellent, offering easy access to the shops and attractions. Maintenance staff were thorough but service timeframes. Overall, while I appreciated the location and some aspects of the property, the combination of maintenance delays, initial cleanliness issues, and the challenges of co-living made this building not the right fit for me.

Beautiful building in a great downtown Baltimore location. Clean, affordable, and accessible to food, shopping, and medical facilities. Parking is tight, yet there is reasonable parking available nearby.
