the building is what I thought it would be nice quiet and comfortable. The amenities of the building are good just wish we had a gym inside of the building for us to use

Very seamless experience moving in with quick responses from management. Had a few snags with the condition of my apartment and a broken air conditioner. Maintenance was there in minutes, and my issues have been mostly fixed within a day or two. So far, this has been one of the smoothest apartment move-ins I've experienced.

Love the location on fells point the move in process is smooth some issues is the room is not a large as expected but the bathroom is nice. Only complaint is the I was not able to see the room prior to moving in.

Generally, it's a nice community. A bunch of good restaurants around and public transportation is very much accessible. The noise during weekendsis expected but tolerable.

Nice Place good service But Can Improve In Service hours. It’s Difficult to Recieve Packages when office is closed. Other then its Clean well kept up. Nice amenities also the events there are cool
