1 of 5 bedrooms available in a townhouse

As you can see in the pictures, this house is a townhouse, which means a building with multiple connected floors. Since pictures can only say so much, I will describe what you can find on each floor. (Note: Only one bedroom is available for this... sublet—mine. All the other bedrooms in the house are already occupied by others.)

The ground floor houses one person, with their bedroom and bathroom.

The first floor has the kitchen and the hall. We have a gaming PC in the hall and some nice games on there that you are welcome to play. The kitchen has everything you would expect, a stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, etc.

Coming to the second floor, we have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You will share one of these bathrooms with another roommate. My bedroom has two windows overlooking an open green area with grass and birds.

The third (and last floor) has another person with their bedroom and bathroom.

All other roommates are graduate students, in their second year. They study different areas but they are all in STEM. I am an international undergraduate student. I'm going home to my country for the summer and thus looking for people to sublet.

Note: Utilities are not covered by the rent. They average out to be around $70-80 per month per person.
