Large sunny room on first floor with oak floor. $625 per month

One huge basement room with 4 windows. $625 per month.

All tenants are UMD students .

Huge yard, rear deck, full free laundry room, on UMD shuttle route. 9 blocks from north end of campus (Xfinity Center). Nice neighborhood. Lots of easy parking. Second living room in basement and large extra storage area.

Large eat-in kitchen with disposal, dishwasher, etc. Space for a large table.
I am not a large business, I'm a semi-retired carpenter and I will keep the house well maintained. I live nearby and am easy to reach. I'll respond right away to any issues you may have.
My goal is to provide a fun, well maintained home for you.I strive to find people that will get along and enjoy this great house and huge yard.
I prefer students that will stay more than one year, but will consider all who are interested.
Must be able to come see the house in person and meet the other tenants.
The house is Inspected and licensed by the city of College Park.Feel free to contact me with any questions or to see the house.
